Squats and Pulls 10 weeks out

Right now I am currently 10 weeks out from the RPS Battle on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. I am sitting right at 275lbs but fighting off the injury bug. I have some QL and hip issues that I am getting weekly treatment for, and is showing some progress. I am also transitioning into Inzer gear during this training cycle. I have to say so far I love it! Right now I am working in a set of two ply grid stitched predators as well as a fusion deadlift suit. I am still adjusting the fits, but this gear is amazing so far!

The goal for the day was to work up to about an RPE of 7 in briefs then do a little volume on the deadlift.

Squats:

Raw up to 400s
breifs on
400s
mid 500s
625×2 added wraps
715×2 for my top set. Everything felt light but back was starting to wear down.

Deads:
1×3@ 405 and shut it down there. Was just worn out and back was fried. It was well over 90 in the gym Saturday so it made the training session that much worse.

Either way for 10 weeks out I feel good, I am excited to see how I do in the new suit, and new SDP.

Worked in some 2ply grid stitched predators for the first time today. To say I'm a fan would be an understatement. Now to continue to get healthy! 715×2 and a few light deads.
