I just finished reading 10/20/Life 2nd Edition, and am going to read it again to pick up any points I missed the first time. With that said, I am interested in using the Run Disney 10k template to train for a 10k in April.
I am looking for input on whether I can reasonably expect to be successful with 10/20/Life and training for a 10k at the same time, either with the above plan or in a different manner.
