17 Nov Training Log – Catch Up Post
Well not sure how I got so behind but I will do a double post here to catch you up on my bench and dead training for this week.
With the change of season, and when I say change for So-Cal that means it gets in to the 40’s at night and mid 70’s during the day. Â Oh we had these strange mystical things floating around in the sky this weekend. Â Someone told me they were something called clouds but I don’t know what those are anymore. Â Essentially 80-90% of my gym has a cold, which means I have a cold or at least I am fighting one off. Â I don’t usually ever get sick, save for the one time a year when I do get sick, I’m out for 48 hours. Â Since I don’t normally get colds either, they seem to linger around as I fight them without ever really getting them. Â So my energy for the past week or so hasn’t been high and it has definitely made training a bit tough with little energy levels. Â I haven’t done anything stupid yet though so at least I got that going for me.
