Training Log – Catch Up Post

Well not sure how I got so behind but I will do a double post here to catch you up on my bench and dead training for this week.

With the change of season, and when I say change for So-Cal that means it gets in to the 40’s at night and mid 70’s during the day.  Oh we had these strange mystical things floating around in the sky this weekend.  Someone told me they were something called clouds but I don’t know what those are anymore.  Essentially 80-90% of my gym has a cold, which means I have a cold or at least I am fighting one off.  I don’t usually ever get sick, save for the one time a year when I do get sick, I’m out for 48 hours.  Since I don’t normally get colds either, they seem to linger around as I fight them without ever really getting them.  So my energy for the past week or so hasn’t been high and it has definitely made training a bit tough with little energy levels.  I haven’t done anything stupid yet though so at least I got that going for me.
