Training update

Did NOT train on Wednesday as I was getting a few hr of tattoo work, as well as connecting with the wife on date night.

Great time, and got some very good quality ink.

I ended up hitting some mcgill big 3 and called it a day once I finished up my mile walk.

I’m going to take an opener squat this weekend, and maybe a second attempt with the bands. Deadlift will be around a last warm-up to an openerish.

I wont be benching between the squat and DL so I’ll be sure to get some good quality work in come Monday.

I’ll have a better update soon! [share title=”Share this Article” facebook=”true” twitter=”true” google_plus=”true” linkedin=”true” pinterest=”true” reddit=”true” email=”true”][author title=”About the Author”]
