Tucker: Red meat to the rescue

Food got a little low this week and I continued to drop too fast. I dropped another couple pounds by the middle of the week so I talked with Noel and he wanted me to add some fats that day to see if it would fill me out. I got permission to get a burrito bowl with steak and guac (yum), so I immediately picked it up and put it down. It wasn’t a cheat meal so I couldn’t get after any other goodies but man, I sure do love dieting because it makes the most simple things in life pleasurable. It’s not fun when you start getting really bad cravings, but I haven’t had any as of yet so the extra flavor was just what was needed. The next day I was up about a pound and a half and I’ve been fairly stable since and only lost half a pound in the last few days.

Still feeling pretty flat, but since the results are still going well we won’t change anything unless I start dropping really fast again.

Chest
Hammer strength incline press
Seated Cable pec flies
DB flat press
Machine pec flies
Decline hammer strength press

Back
Neutral grip pulldown
Reverse grip pulldown
T bar rows
Hammer strength rows
Shrugs

** I haven’t been doing much compound work for my back lately so just stabilizing and rowing the T bar up was hitting everything from my hams, glutes, electors, core and back. I went light and shelled out a bunch of reps, but I was beat afterwards. Staying away from compounds has been fun but this was a good reminder that it’s time to put those in again.
