Tucker: Six packs and short stacks

I’m sitting here at ihop at 630 and I’m about to pound down a stack of pancakes, and I’m not gonna take it easy on the butter or syrup.

I’m not sure how I have the energy to write right now, I barely slept last night. I woke up every two hours to eat 35g carbs every two hours. I went to bed at 10 and put a little plate with 3 6oz yam chunks near my bed. I was hoping to fall asleep and then just wake up, eat and pass out…. Not so. I kept waking up 15 mins before the alarm, eating and then laying there for an hour or more, sleeping for 45 mins and then waking up again.

Noel is the man and woke up at 4 to see some pics I took and tell me what to do. If pancakes are the orders I’m not complaining. It’s been working great so far. He had me pancake up yesterday morning and have a blueberry muffin in the evening. I keep tightening up and filling out so all is going as it should. I’ve got 4-5 hours before I get on stage so I’ve got more time to fill up and dry out. It’ll be clean food for the next couple hours, and then if my predictions are right I’ll be flat after posing on stage for a while, and Noel will have me eat a burger to fill out again. We shall see!

Otherwise besides a little headache and fatigue from lack of sleep I’m feeling good. Got the Christmas tunes on here in the restaurant and I’m feeling very jolly in the holiday spirit.
