Adam Driggers, Squat Training from 12/13/2014

So I was able to get into the gym this weekend and do some squatting. It was light and I felt weak, but that’s what happens when training has to take a back seat. My business is super crazy this time of year so training takes a back seat to work. I have wondered more than once the last few weeks how I was able to train for meets in the past through December. I don’t remember but it had to be crazy.

Squats:

325 x 3 for 5 set

Leg Press:

600 x 15 for 3 sets

That was it. I was feeling weak and sick. I paid for it the rest of the weekend. I’m feeling better today so I’m hoping to build on some momentum my bench has carried the past two weeks.
