I recently competed at the XPC Arnold at 114 in multi-ply division. I am currently in offseason mode focusing on building back some raw strength and looking to do a raw meet sometime in the fall/winter.

Saturday Squats and Deadlifts

So Tucker Loken and I came up with a plan to do a short 4 week mini block with a goal at the end to hit a 5 rep max. Â Gives me something goal wise to look forward to as I tend to train better when I have a solid goal in mind.

Squat Work:
- 95 x 5
- 135 x 5
- 155 x 6
- 185 x 6
- 205 x 6
- 225 x 6
- RPE 7
Deadlift Work:
All defict Sumo Stance off 2″ Blocks
- 135 x 6
- 185 x 6
- 205 x 6
- 225 x 6
Accessory Work:
- Bulgrian split squats 4 x 15
- leg press 4 x 8-12
- Weighted lunges 4 x 12 each leg
