08 Jul Adam Driggers 7-7-2014, Benching
I hit a wall last night. I didn’t have much in the tank and it showed in the second and third sets on the bench. The third especially.

I could go with the fact that I’ve been sick all week, but it’s best to plan for the fact that I might have to grind through a plateau for a while. If it turns out that I was just sick, then I’ll be pleasantly surprised. If not, I’m already prepared to work hard.
