Adam Driggers 7/23/2014, Back Training

 

Last week’s back session:

Deadlift:

460 x 8 for 3 sets

These are finally looking better and I’m feeling more like I used to when pulling for reps was normal.

Video: 1st and 3rd set

Pullups:

5 for 3 sets

Pulldowns:

175 x 12 for three sets
