Adam Driggers Pulling from 9/10/2014

I started pulling again last night. It’s been two months since I last pulled 3’s and a month since pulling at all. The last pulling session was 470 for 3 sets of 8. It killed my right hip. I didn’t squat for a few weeks. But I was back on the platform again last night with 3 sets of 555. Watching the video you might notice my second set was much better than the first. I attribute that to my confidence level. I was sure I would be way off the mark and let that control the intensity of the first set. Once that was out of the way I could pull with a little more authority. I hope to get these sets to near 600 over the next few weeks.

I followed up with some wide and close grip rows on the P/D machine. 3 sets of each for 15 reps.
