Adam Driggers, Pulls 6-25-2014

Last night was the second week of a three week wave for the pull. I worked up to 3 sets with 530 for 3 reps.

I followed those up with the following assistance work:

Pull-ups: 3 sets of 5

Rows: 275 x 8 for 3 sets

Pull-downs: 110 x 20 for 3 sets
