30 Jun Adam Driggers Squat Training, 6-29-2014
This week was my second week with the SSB and sets of 8. I worked up to 345 for 3 sets. I did not squat last week, so my legs are done. I am sore. I’m still adjusting, even after months, to the higher volume but it is getting much better. My reps are cleaner, rest periods shorter, and the weight is moving up well. I have once more week with the SSB and sets of 8 and then I will rotate into a 3 week cycle of 3s with heavier weight.

I followed the squats with the following:
Leg Press:
700 x 12 for 3 sets
Lunges (with 80lbs of chains)
3 sets of 8
GHR:
