07 Jul Adam Driggers Squat Training: 7-5-2014
I was sick Saturday morning so this training sucked. I should have passed on it, but It’s just not in me to let one go, even after retirement.
Squat with the SSB:
375 x 8 for 3 sets:
Third set of 3 from two angles.
Leg Press:
700 x 12 for 3 sets
Lunges:
3 sets of 8 with 40 lbs of chains.
GHR:
3 sets of 12
I was glad when this was over. It’s now Monday the 7th and I still feel bad, but I’m sure I’ll press through another session tonight.
