Adam Driggers, Training Log 7-2-2014 (Pulls)

Last night was rough. I didn’t feel good. I tried to blame allergies, but as I tried to sleep last night and as I try to work today, I know that’s not it. Nevertheless, I hit my target weight and sets, but I would have like to see them move faster:

I included all three sets because I shot each from a different POV. My first rep sucks as always. I need to fix it. My back is getting a little loose and not as arched as I like. I’ll work on that as well.

Shrugs:
