31 Mar Bench Training from 3-30-2015
The goal for my bench training is increasing the top-end. Nothing else.
Last night I worked up to 405 for 3 on the flat bench then moved to 3 boards.
Bench:
405 x 3
Added 3 board:
405 x 6
455 x 3
Skull Crushers w/ chains:
2 sets of 15
1 set of 13
My triceps are lagging and are completely done even after a low volume session like this one.
