Random assistance work and was done.

Felt pretty good – was kinda gassed from the weekend! Anyway, got what I needed done and made it through in one piece! Next week will be an opener to touch and that will be all she wrote for the bench.

The plan from here on squats with RB this weekend to dial in a few more details, then opener bench Monday then DONE. Thank God!

I feel pretty good, with some aches and pains but i’ll be sure to stay on my recovery. Massage later today!

Arnold is coming up so quick! Cant wait to compete alongside the team!
