Brian Carroll: Happy New Year!

[wa-wps]

LOTS of tees $9.99 and under!

Currently taking it easy and will be picking out a meet around spring time. Until then I’ll be healing up and helping my team get ready for the XPC. I think we will have a very good showing at this meet.

STILL recovering from this stupid chest cold I was lucky enough to get on Christmas evening. I ran meds last week but from what I hear this particular cold’s been putting a hurting on people for weeks, so I’m prepared for the worst. I felt like I was getting better Thursday, then Friday I felt like crap. Now Monday, feel a bit better. I did sleep for 13hr the other night, which felt great. Haven’t done that in SO long lol.

I did some VERY light training on Saturday and will do more of the same tonight, Wed and Thursday before hopefully getting back to my normal routine Saturday.

Right now, considering how training has been, my diet has been very very good. I started getting it in order early and knew if I could eat good while sick and not training, then certainly I have no excuse to eat bad when I’m prepping.

I hope everyone has a happy and prosperous New Year. I pray everyone gets out what they put into 2017.
