I’m a little bit behind on my logs for a couple of reasons. But training is going well overall.

These two days are the last important for log entries but in ways, the most important for my progress. These days are very boring but necessary.

Wednesday:
Rope pull-down: 3×10
DB shrug: 3×15
DB row: 3×10
Piston squats: 425×5
One leg GM: 3×10
Bulgarian: 3×15
Goblet with pause: 5×5
Stir the pot: 100

Thursday:
Incline DB press: 3×15
Band fly: 3×15
Band press-down with fat gripz: 3×15
Bench dip: 3×15
Side lateral: 3×15
Hex DB hold: 3×15

Good two sessions last week but didn’t push too hard as I knew some heavy sessions were coming up. These days don’t change too much unless it’s intensity or a specific exercise that may set back my recovery ie leg presses or piston squats for sat’s squats. I will be cutting these out from now on going forward to ensure recovery.
