Brian Carroll Update #2 – Still doing it

I recently competed in the XPC Finals this March where I won but didn’t have a huge day by any means. Right now I’m laying low and have no plans to compete at this time.

Big thanks to CaptainJacked.comand Inzernet.com for supporting TeamPRS and PowerRackStrength.com!

Quite a few new items coming to PRS in the coming weeks including hats – stay tuned!

I still have not started my keto diet haha. I have enjoyed some really good (bad) food over the last month and I’m starting to feel like crap. Not just my stomach but my joints hurt from all the inflammation from the junk food and the lack of consistent exercise in my life.

I think it’s very important to have some downtime after a long prep but I think I’m in excess right now and time to do something about it.

I don’t have a burning desire to train but I do have a desire to feel good right now. I really went off the wagon last week and had, at times, a minimum of 2 a night but as many as 8 Fat Boy ice-cream sandwiches in an evening – which is sad and ridiculous. I had to get every kind they carried since they were bo-go. And…..Key Lime is by far the most delicious ice-cream-anything that I’ve ever had. I highly suggest you try them but I’m warning you at the same time they are dangerous.

Since I ate all the junk, I don’t have any in my house. Now, it will be easier to clean up my diet and get it going in the direction that it needs to be.

Plan:
The plan going forward will be to tear of the carb band-aide as Danny Vega says and get my ass walking/doing core work every morning. I have to do this starting tomorrow – at least the walking and core work.

Once I get consistent with this, then I’ll look at lifting some.

I have quite a few new items for PRS rolling out soon so this has kept me very busy as well as a lot of weird, good, bad and wild things happening lately in my life. I’m sure it will all settle down here soon.

More updates coming soon!
