Brian Carroll – Update #6 and an opportunity to join TeamPRS

[wa-wps]

NOTICE****For the rest of the month of May, I’ll be taking submissions as I’m considering adding to TeamPRS (maintain a log and write articles).

This, when mutually beneficial, can lead to you receiving Inzer gear (from me, not Inzer), Magazine writing opportunities, networking, seminar speaking engagements and overall being affiliated with a team and BRAND of very knowledgeable coaches (not internet pathologically lying frauds) who are tight-knit and readily share & help with what they know. This is especially TRUE if YOU are willing to do your part to promote the 10/20 approach, PRS business, and of course YOURSELF and or your brand.

If you believe in what we are doing, support the brand and want to help, learn and pick other colleagues brains with great information readily available on a daily basis:Email Brian@PowerRackStrength.com

I recently competed in the XPC Finals this March where I won but didn’t have a huge day by any means. Right now I’m laying low and have no plans to compete at this time.

Big thanks to CaptainJacked.com and Inzernet.com for supporting TeamPRS and PowerRackStrength.com!

Quite a few new items coming to PRS in the coming weeks including hats – stay tuned!

Ok, been a little bit. I’ve been really really working hard on getting my part of “Gift of Injury” finished and I think this book will help a GREAT deal of people. As soon as I finish my end and get it ready to publish with whatever else concerning it, I intend to get back to training. So, hoping to within the next few weeks. June is the goal.

With that said, it will be cutting it close but I’m ready to get back in the gym and start up an offseason.

*Going forward, when I CAN, I’m going to head out to Samson and start some GPP and make my way back to getting in shape. I will try to come out and help once a week and just slowly start getting my feet wet. But, I cannot commit until closer to June.

I’m excited to train again, which is a first since the meet, over 2 months ago. I’ve had a nice time decompressing and enjoying things I typically ignore.

Much like my last post, for a while I’ve become extremely unbalanced more than the norm. So, I’m getting there.

The wife did a cool thing for me, so June will start off with a couple of cubs games and a Tool concert in Chicago. That will be much appreciated at that point, I’m sure. Thank you Ria.
