McGill big 3……

I’m embarrassed how sore I’m getting these days but it’s par for the course. I have no plans to push hard anytime soon except push hard away from the table. Diet is much better overall until this last weekend where it want bad.

I plan to do some barbell work soon, but really… what’s the rush?

I’m not quite burning the candle at both ends the last week but projects require this sometime, so I’ve been in and out. I am really looking forward to rolling out this powerbuilding book later this year. This will be something for those who want to look the part and still be strong. It’s been really fun so far working with Danny Vega and Tucker Loken so far on this. Danny has a lot of cool things he’s been using/testing on himself and we will certainly include these little adjustments for those who want to have a beach body but still have clout in the weight room.

More news soon to come.
