Good day overall. I have the urge to start pushing again so I think a meet in April will be good. I will play around with sumo over the next few weeks. Honestly the reason is I beat my shins up so bad conventional, I want to give them a chance to really heal up and not open them up for a bit. I know the risk for a staph infection with an open wound in a gym is not out of the question. Socks and such help, but I’m going to work on correcting this issue. Anyway, It’s a good excuse for me to switch it up for a bit.

The gym has been nice and intense lately with Byrd pushing hard for the Arnold. I’m very much looking forward to seeing him PR there and being there to help see this through in any way I can.

I’m also very excited to release 10/20/Life Second Edition here in the next 5 weeks or so! More on this very soon! I’ll have these at the 10/20/Life booth Arnold Weekend at the XPC as well as a couple other surprises.
