14 Feb Brian Carroll | Week 6, day 1 | Squat & DL
I’m very excited to release 10/20/Life Second Edition here in the next 2-3 weeks. More on this very soon! I’ll have these at the 10/20/Life booth Arnold Weekend at the XPC as well as a couple other surprises.
[wa-wps]LOTS of tees $9.99 and under!
HUGE thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their support! Check them out!
Currently finishing up 10/20/Life Second Edition to be released in softback March 2017. I’m also going to compete in Port St Lucie April 2
Saturday, per the plan, I was scheduled to take a last warm-up for a couple of singles and an opener deadlift.
Squat:
500
600 added Preds
700 added Double grippers
800 added LUP
900×1
930×1 – last warm-up
Pulls:
315
405
500
585
675 – last warm-up
765 – opener (I have a few angles on this above)
Leg press: 4×8
Lunge/reverse lunge: many
Stir ze pot: lots
Overall, my deadlift feels much better than my squat. As soon as I get the video clips of my squat, I’ll post them up too. I’m now working in a grid-stitched Fusion, which I’ve only experimented on with other team members. Once I observed it was a good experiment, I decided to join the fun. I highly suggest you add the ‘grid’ upgrade to your fusion along with velcro.
Squat isn’t bad, just not as snappy as I would like. This will all come together over the next month.
Thanks for reading!
