I’m very excited to release 10/20/Life Second Edition here in the next 2-3 weeks. More on this very soon! I’ll have these at the 10/20/Life booth Arnold Weekend at the XPC as well as a couple other surprises.

LOTS of tees $9.99 and under!

HUGE thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their support! Check them out!

Currently finishing up 10/20/Life Second Edition to be released in softback March 2017. I’m also going to compete in Port St Lucie April 2

OK – one last session dedicated to breaking in (even more) Byrd’s back up-shirt which he’s outgrown. But, I will say in the process, I’ve dialed in my own bench in quite a bit, so there’s that.

Usual 10/20/Life warm-up:
a. KB swing
b. McGill big 3
c. Rear delt pulls and band fly
d. empty bar

Monday – Bench night
430×1
480×1 -2bd
added SDP
590×1 – 4bd
700×1 – 3bd
800×1 – 2bd
800×1 – 1bd
825×1 – 1bd

Incline DB press: 3×15
Skulls – 3 different angles: 5×10
Band fly: 3×15
Band press-down: 3×15

This was a good session. My groove has greatly improved over the last few weeks and I’m happy with the progress I’ve made with Paul Key and Dave Hoff’s help and suggestions. Paul has been a HUGE asset to PRS and TSP, as I’m sure Byrd and Lisa would agree! The weights felt pretty good in my hands, and I felt in control. I’ll work in my shirt next week and see where I stand in the 80% range, and get back to my scheduled programming.

Wednesday night – squat/DL assistance

Same warm-up as above….
Rope Pull-down: 3×10
Barbell row with pause: 5×5
Barbell shrug: 3×10
One Leg GM with KB: 3×10
Piston squat: 315 3×5
Bulgarian SS with KB: 3×10 per leg
Stir the pot: 3×20

Great session. My legs were smoked! Slowly attacking those weak points and making them slowly… not quite as much of a liability. Thank GOD.

Looking forward to throwing my squat suit back on this weekend and putting some work in. I plan on taking an opener squat and a second attempt dead – give or take.

Thanks for reading!
