Byrd: Equipped lifters are weak!

Just a gear whore who is enjoying some raw training. Bodyweight is steady, and finally getting healthy. No meets in the future, but with me that could change any minute!

Stupid gear whores thinking they can actually lift with raw lifters. What was I thinking?

Honestly my plan was to stay in sleeves for awhile, but mine have just ripped too much to put them on anymore. I wore them warming up and decided to throw on a pair of single grippers. I didnt want to take up anybodies time and energy in the gym, so I wrapped myself. I feel like I got a pretty good wrap on them though!

Squats went like this

3×8 single leg deadlifts

Not all the reps are pretty, but I didnt expect them to look great. Speed was ok on them all, the only reason 800 slowed was the knee cave. I will get those things sorted out, but for now its back to some reps and then maybe back to briefs.
