29 Aug Byrd vs. Driggers Round 2!
I’ve been absent for several weeks nursing a hip injury that has kept all but my bench training pretty simple and lacking any excitement. I’m sure you guys didn’t want to see me squatting 225 for reps or rows with 100 lb DBs. But it’s getting back on track and since it is I let my mouth get me into another tight spot. Well, not so much, it’s just Byrd and not your average SHW. I’m not too worried.
So round two is here! Byrd VS. Driggers!
Rules:
No coefficient.
Ties are the only thing settled by body weight.
2 Boards (Paul Key’s suggestion, I’m sure it favors Byrd somehow.)
2 video angles of each rep (He swears I didn’t lockout the last rep of the first round, but he has no proof since the video shows I did.)
Handicaps:
I will likely be taking a handicap as I was schedule to push my rep PR with 405. This isn’t decided yet, but I’ll likely knockout a raw PR before I ever throw on a shirt. This isn’t an excuse as I am sure one wont be needed.
If you didn’t catch round 1, here it is with objective analysis at the end:
