28 Jan Driggers 1-24-2015, Squatting with the Safety Squat Bar!
My training partner Keith chose this bar this week. Personally I hate it, and I think he does too now. He left limping. I left with my back hurting. You can see me get forward on the last rep.
I followed this up with some easy reps on the leg press:
3 sets of 20 reps with 300.
and then some leg curls on Reverse Hyper:
3 sets of 15 with 90.
