Driggers, 12-20-2014 Squatting

Squatted using the SSB bar this week:

Squats:

395 x 3 for 3 sets

Leg Press:

700 x 12 for 3 sets

Hack Squats:

200 x 12 for 3 sets

I threw these in this week after setting the leg press up for Wayne Pullam to use as a Hack Squat. He can’t use the Leg Press because it bottoms out before he gets any real ROM out of it. Two days later and I hate Wayne and the Hack Squat Machine.

Leg Curls:

100 x 12 for 3 sets
