Driggers: (12-24-2014) I “Rocked” Back Today!

Have you ever wondered what you’ll be doing in the gym when you are done competing?

This is what retired powerlifters do between sets. But when I’m not in the rocker:

Pull Ups:

8,6,6

Rows:

225 x 12 for 3 sets

DB Rows:

95 x 12 for 3 sets

Shrugs:

315 x 10 for 3 sets

Wide Grip Pull Downs:

170 x 12 for 3 sets

Close Grip Pull Downs:

170 x 12 for 3 sets.

I’m walking daily for cardio and back health. Right now I’m doing between 1.5 an 2 miles. Wednesday it was 1.73 miles. This session was our Christmas Eve session. Just Brian, The Lab Rat, and myself made it out for this one.
