This is what retired powerlifters do between sets. But when I’m not in the rocker:
Pull Ups:
8,6,6
Rows:
225 x 12 for 3 sets
DB Rows:
95 x 12 for 3 sets
Shrugs:
315 x 10 for 3 sets
Wide Grip Pull Downs:
170 x 12 for 3 sets
Close Grip Pull Downs:
170 x 12 for 3 sets.
I’m walking daily for cardio and back health. Right now I’m doing between 1.5 an 2 miles. Wednesday it was 1.73 miles. This session was our Christmas Eve session. Just Brian, The Lab Rat, and myself made it out for this one.
