
27 Apr Driggers squatting from 4/25/2015
I had a meeting scheduled at the office Saturday afternoon so I had little time for anything. Since I’m trying to push my squat beyond what hurt me last time I opted for a single just under the target weight.
Target weight 620, today’s squat 600. Overall goal: 700
I’m in a power pant now since I am not competing and really don’t care about a true “raw” squat. I’d rather hit the numbers I want and not limp around for weeks after.
