We got a shit-ton of traffic and feedback on the article “why foam rolling sucks”, so here is a follow up. We felt that some more needed to be said to either make you understand or simply make you more angry at us.
As Brian explains in the video, there ARE applications with a roller, but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t SUCK.
