06 Jul I suck at logging at times
I got to get my logging shit together.
It’s been a little while since I’ve updated. I have plenty of excuses as to why and not one of them you will care about.
Training is professing nicely so far. I set aside my ego and took about 10 steps back in order to properly rebuild. That means I set my standards lower and keeping them moving along slowly so I can achieve my goals.
What are my goals exactly?
Let’s rundown
- Â Healthy first and foremost
- Â I want my bodyweight around 240-245. Leaner and more mobile.
- Â Not concerned with numbers for a while because I lost quite a bit from the past several months of health shit. They will come in time.
- Â To have fun with my training.
My first priority with training is my client base. They pay me to help them become stronger and in better shape. My own training needs to be something I don’t have to put much thought into but will help me attain my goals, so I keep it simple.
Startimg back Monday, the log is back full time with all my current mediocre glory.
It is a shitty pill to swallow to take steps back, but for the first time in a long fucking time I am fully ready to get after it
