18 May Ken Whetham: Back on Track
I went astray of our training plan this week and put on a shirt to bench. No excuse really, other than I think I’m still a little bent about how last week’s squat session was a write-off.
The plan for this meet is to focus on getting a 1000 lb squat. Bench and Deadlift are after thoughts for this meet so I had no excuse to get into the shirt other than to prove to myself I might be able to get a shirted lift at the meet.
At this point I’m planning on a light raw opener, just to ensure my squat will count.

I’m really looking forward to this upcoming squat session on the weekend. Things start to get heavy and it’s time to focus!
