10 Aug Ken Whetham: Block Pulls
Trained some light block pulls today to put in a little work. My right knee feels a lot better but still not 100%.
McGill Warm-up
4 inch Block Pulls:
255 x 5/5
345 x 4/4
435 x 3/3
525 x 2/2/2/2/2
Dimmel Deadlifts:
255 x 15/15/15
GHR’s x 12 (The GHR’s felt like they put some pressure on my right knee and it didn’t feel great so I stopped here for the day)
