23 Nov Raw Lifting from a Gear Whore
So far the offseason is a success. Bodyweight is moving along well, and I feel much bigger than I have been since last years Arnold. Bodyweight is sitting around 280 right now, giving me a few weeks to add an additional 10lbs before meet prep starts. I added in wraps 2 weeks ago, just so that I could focus on sitting back and opening up more.
Bench:
Worked up to singles at 365,385.405.
3board work
1×3@405
1×3@415
1×3@435
Dumbbell press 3×10
Band push downs 100 total
Deadlift from 2in block: conventional stance
singles up to 605
3×10 face pulls
3×10 shrugs
Squat: Camber bar
up to 400s in sleeves
730 wraps (need another inch in depth)
3×8 single leg deadlifts
