
30 Mar Saturday Squats, 3-28-2015
So I hit the gym Saturday morning with the purpose of pushing a single rep. The idea was to find out where my hip would feel discomfort since it hasn’t bothered me in weeks. Months and months ago I hit 620 when it popped out. I haven’t pushed anything serious since then since it flares up long before I hit anything close to that. Saturday was no different. I hit an easy 510 but it immediately reminded me that I’m retired. Being old and retired early really sucks. (No Scott, I didn’t wear anything besides my UA)
So with that question answered I trained away on the leg press and box with light weight.
Leg Press:
700 x 15 for 3 sets
Buffalo Bar:
275 x 6 for 3 sets off the box
