Hi Brian.
The fluff and buff day timing confuses me. If i understand correctly the fluff and buff day for legs should be Saturday with chest being Sunday. Would that then make Tuesday the fluff and buff day for back?
I think you may have misunderstood what the book says. There is only one fluff and buff day and it is optional. The purpose is to either promote recovery, bring up weak points, or do assistance for if you’re only hitting main lifts on the other days, or some combination there of.
