I’m starting the off-season program and would like to incorporate Dimel Deadlifts and Box Jumps. Would you consider either or both of those exercises to be Assistance Type A or B?
I am a big fan of super setting the box jumps with the first few warm up sets of my main movement. Especially since the box jump will potentiate your nervous system, they can really prime you up to move the weights faster. I have used dimmels as well, just as Pegg said, as the second movement of the day.
