I am writing up my 10 weeks out program and have a question. In chapter 6 it notes that I should choose 2 exercises from the assistance work B section. But when I look at the Precontest chart it doesn’t mention 2 exercises. I have been skimming around the book and can’t seem to find the answer. Can anyone help? 10 weeks out starting Sunday…
I’m not sure what chart you are referring to, but there are multiple in the book. I suggest giving the book a thorough read or two and determine if you are doing combo day or a conventional approach to your precontest, even a jumbo day. But if in doubt, start with 1-2 and go from there. This is NOT a blueprint, but a guide so feels free to make it your own. The B assistance is simple movements that are big movers like A assistance, or the central movement (squat/bench/dead) so don’t overthink it.
