Brian, question in regards to a recent IG video! I have used a bamboo bar and make shifted one like you had in the video, but I’ve never put straight weight on+banded plates. Would love to hear why you did this? Looks interesting

Sorry for the delay: Really, nothing special other than I like to kill two birds with one stone when I can. Traditionally, you’ll see a bandbell or bamboo bar, with just KB’s hanging, but I wanted to load my shoulder and pec a little more, plus challenge the stabilization of the joint at the same time.
I will continue with this over the next 2-3 weeks, then keep it in for assistance work from here on out. Don’t wait to tweak something before you are taking care of it from all angles! That’s some unsolicited advice!
