What do you think of using a bench daddy(or slingshot), or doing pin presses as accessory A in the off season. As a geared lifter.
It depends. I don’t know what your weak points are but those are certainly options for you to use if they are applicable. Being an equipped lifter is great, but again, where do you miss? what needs to be attacked?
I am going to have the agree with the bossman. If your problem is lockout, these can be effective. I rotate pin presses in with a close grip from time to time and it seems to carry over well. For me, the slingshot provides too much assistance and carries over poorly. I am a raw lifter though, so take that with a grain of salt.
