What book would you suggest reading first: 10/20/Life or The Gift of Injury?
I’m a new-ish lifter who wants to expand my knowledge-base in strength.

My suggestion is to read 10/20/Life to start off. If you’re injured (back), or any injury for that matter; Gift of Injury. Both books should be pretty helpful. Another great book for overall knowledge is UBFP 6th edition. This is one of my favorite books.
