What are your (and Stu’s) thoughts on back cracking ,specifically low back. I realize it’s not ideal and the lumbar isn’t meant to rotate, but did you have this problem? Where it just seems so necessary and helps movement. Any clinical studies? Thanks.
Also, I. Know you said you’ll only lift as long as your pain free. Does that mean you avoid all the triggers (but they would if hurt right now) or do you legitimately feel like you did pre back injury. It literally feels impossible and has been over a year
Derek,
I can’t speak for Stu, but I don’t understand what you mean by problem?
If it naturally adjusts, for instance, while warming up, or doing a certain movement, this seems natural.
I am back pain pain-free and have been for a long time, thankfully.
It takes time to come back the correct way.. sometimes longer than a year.. if I can help you further, email me via the red button on the right side of your screen. I do not have back pain, ever. Of course, I avoid the potential triggers as I don’t want to reinjure myself.
thank you
