What are your (and Stu’s) thoughts on back cracking ,specifically low back. I realize it’s not ideal and the lumbar isn’t meant to rotate, but did you have this problem? Where it just seems so necessary and helps movement. Any clinical studies? Thanks.
Also, I. Know you said you’ll only lift as long as your pain free. Does that mean you avoid all the triggers (but they would if hurt right now) or do you legitimately feel like you did pre back injury. It literally feels impossible and has been over a year
