I’ve only been doin shirt work roughly 4 months trying to learn the groove and get use to it. It’s fairly loose fitting and managed to be able to do some moderately heavy weights. My best sets are 520 bar weight with roughly 160-180lbs on chains to both a 1 and 2 board. I haven’t touched to the chest/upper belly yet just working the boards. So I feel I have fair strength for no more time than I’ve been in the shirt. Just want to put myself in the best position possible for when I move to multiply gear and get the best gear I can use. Don’t know which shirt I should use for my experience level.
The SDP is a great shirt regardless of experience level in my opinion. I went from raw to multiply and straight into an SDP with very little issue. I had never successfully benched in a shirt outside of some super loose single ply stuff.
The SDP is pretty forgiving, especially the stretchier navy blue material. The margin for error is bigger than other shirts making it easier to use.
My suggestion is to go with an SDP and follow this article to get started. The break in process is very important and not to be rushed. It will also let you slowly learn the shirt and get used to it. Win-win.

I’d honestly ditch the chains todd, too many variables to be new in gear. You need to get used to the way the groove feels.
Does that make sense? And ditch the Titan shirt!
