I’ve been having some issues with my deadlift. I’ve pulled in single ply and predators and I’m pretty quick from the ground, but I get to my knee and can’t lock out. I can do 500lbs for 6 reps but can’t lock out 545. Does anyone else have this issue!? I’m not sure what I need to work on.
Could be a few things: Could be too much gear to push the hips through. Also, reps on the DL don’t really convert especially if you aren’t good at singles / or you touch and go. Send in your video in another question thread and we can have a look. I’d suggest trying just the suit, and just the briefs to test as well!
Post some video! Usually, in my experience, an issue at lockout is a loss of position off the floor.
