13 Jun Client Back Pain Testimonial: Dave’s Back Pain Story
Dave injured his back in the Army many years ago while prepping for an emergency EVAC drill. To nobody’s surprise, he didn’t get adequate treatment, and his injury lingered for years. To make matters worse, he was assigned a pediatric doctor to help him manage his back pain, which didn’t work out well.
Not until discovering McGill’s methods and approach was he able to gain control of his pain. Once he left the Army, he could gain control over his pain mechanisms and build a more robust spine. That is when we connected and took his core to the next level.
Dave has since competed in powerlifting, squatted 800lbs, and pulled well into the 600s while maintaining a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. He is a testament to hard work and patience. Even when things don’t look good, there is a way to improve.
