31 Jul Ken Whetham: Firehall Conditioning
This week was a conditioning week. I haven’t been strict about what training I’m doing right now until I start back with lower body training after my knee injury. I expect to start some light lower body training this week.
I managed two early morning kettlebell sessions and two outside functional strength sessions.
My bodyweight is down 27 lbs since my meet five weeks ago.

20kg x 15
24kg x 12/12/12/12/12
Firehall Conditioning:
Offset KB walks:
36kg bell single arm: 100 ft x 2
Prowler push x 100 ft
Backwards Prowler drag x 100 ft
36kg bell one arm/18kg bell other arm: 2 x 100 ft
Prowler push x 100 ft
Backwards Prowler drag x 100 ft
36kg KB one arm/18kg bell over head carries: 2 x 100 ft
Prowler push x 100 ft
Backwards Prowler drag x 100 ft
Repeat for a total of 6 rounds
