Thanks for your response, I couldn’t respond in the other thread for some reason.
My reasons for sliding exercises around is a combination of injuries, previous experiences, home gym limitations and just trying to check the most boxes as far as hitting weak points.
I’ll give it a shot as written, see how it goes.

Justin, I posted some things for you to think about. There are ways to work the template, but swapping movements into opposite days wouldn’t be the wisest.
